Adil brings a strong track record in Finance & Accounting, with a background in KPMG Deal Advisory where he focused on complex M&A transactions, including LBO modeling, debt structuring, and investment analysis. At Quantum Medix, he leads the financial strategy across acquisitions—overseeing valuation, due diligence, and deal modeling to secure funding and drive post-acquisition financial planning.
Widely regarded as one of the most capable finance professionals in the field, Adil has helped numerous companies secure both private and bank financing through meticulous forecasting, cost analysis, and lender-ready financial modelling. He brings deep expertise in corporate finance, strategic reporting, and cost control, ensuring each clinic roll-up is underpinned by a robust and scalable financial framework. His experience spans Private Equity, Healthcare, SaaS, Real Estate, and beyond.

Yash is an accomplished General Counsel with extensive cross-border expertise in corporate law, M&A, international trade, compliance, and high-stakes litigation. At Quantum Medix, he leads the legal strategy across acquisitions and international structuring, advising on governance, expansion, and regulatory compliance within the healthcare sector.
Alongside his role at Quantum Medix, Yash serves as Group General Counsel to a multi-billion-dollar Canadian-listed company and to a London-headquartered international trading group, providing board-level counsel across the UK, EU, Canada, UAE, India, and Hong Kong. His portfolio spans complex M&A, securities law, capital markets, energy and commodity contracts, and multi-jurisdictional disputes exceeding USD 500m.
Widely regarded for his ability to bridge law and business, Yash has successfully directed litigation involving injunctions, fraud investigations, insolvency disputes, and international arbitration. He also plays a pivotal role in IPOs and securities compliance under Canadian and European frameworks. With a background that includes clerking at the Bombay High Court and practice in international trade law, he combines judicial grounding with global corporate leadership—delivering pragmatic, business-aligned legal solutions at the highest level.
