David Haroop
David is a seasoned dental professional with over 30 years of experience across both NHS and private sectors. He successfully built and operated a highly profitable dental practice for more than 15 years, demonstrating strong commercial acumen alongside clinical excellence.
In addition to hands-on practice, David has played a strategic role in workforce development, contributing to dental education at the University of Leeds and mentoring early-career dentists as an Educational Supervisor in Foundation Dentistry. This dual focus on clinical delivery and talent development has given him unique insight into sustainable growth within the dental industry.
Currently, David serves as an Area Clinical Lead for Bupa Dental Care and continues to work in private practice. His knowledge of the UK dental market is both broad and deep, positioning him as a key asset in identifying growth opportunities, improving operational efficiency, and driving innovation in service delivery.
David combines a pragmatic, results-driven mindset with a forward-thinking approach—making him a trusted advisor and strategic partner for investors looking to navigate and capitalize on the evolving dental healthcare landscape.

Adv. Yash H. Khandvilkar
Yash is an accomplished General Counsel with extensive cross-border expertise in corporate law, M&A, international trade, compliance, and high-stakes litigation. At Quantum Medix, he leads the legal strategy across acquisitions and international structuring, advising on governance, expansion, and regulatory compliance within the healthcare sector.
Alongside his role at Quantum Medix, Yash serves as Group General Counsel to a multi-billion-dollar Canadian-listed company and to a London-headquartered international trading group, providing board-level counsel across the UK, EU, Canada, UAE, India, and Hong Kong. His portfolio spans complex M&A, securities law, capital markets, energy and commodity contracts, and multi-jurisdictional disputes exceeding USD 500m.
Widely regarded for his ability to bridge law and business, Yash has successfully directed litigation involving injunctions, fraud investigations, insolvency disputes, and international arbitration. He also plays a pivotal role in IPOs and securities compliance under Canadian and European frameworks. With a background that includes clerking at the Bombay High Court and practice in international trade law, he combines judicial grounding with global corporate leadership—delivering pragmatic, business-aligned legal solutions at the highest level.

Amy Wilson
Amy brings 15 years of experience in the dental sector, progressing from clinical roles through practice management to senior leadership. She has overseen national apprenticeship programmes, led operational teams, and built scalable systems that strengthen compliance, efficiency, and people development. Holding a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management, Amy combines sector knowledge with strategic insight to deliver measurable improvements across organisations.
At Quantum Medix, she leads the operational performance and integration of newly acquired practices, ensuring each site is aligned with group standards and strategic objectives. Her focus on compliance, patient experience, and post-acquisition integration underpins the company’s ability to build a high-performing, sustainable network across the dental sectors.
